The school is committed to keeping accurate personal data and sends home a data collection sheet in the Autumn Term for parents to check the data we hold is correct. Parents are encouraged to inform the school of any changes to their data during the year (e.g. a house move) by emailing the school office as soon as possible.
As part of our admission form, the school seeks parents' consent for using photographs and/or video of their child whilst at Willow Bank Junior School. Parents have the right to withdraw this consent (or give if not given previously) at any time by emailing the school office.
