Lots of children had to be woken up this morning - a few even appeared at breakfast in their pjs! There are mixed emotions as we realise that this is our last full day at Pendine, but excitement mounts for the disco tonight (and also Mr Foster's arrival).
Activities on site included some more high ropes, climbing and surfing in the sea.
Two groups had their day out in the woods: climbing trees, making fires and toasting marshmallows on sticks they had prepared themselves.
In the afternoon, a lovely sunny time was spent on the canoe lake. It was incredible how quickly the children picked up the skills to canoe in a straight line. It was so lovely and warm it wasn't surprising that so many 'accidentally' fell in.
Mr Foster arrived safely and was quickly surrounded by lots of children wanting to share their news and achievements.
After dinner, some serious preparations took place in order to get ready for the disco.
As usual, Mr Greene led the way with his best moves, and the children were wowed by the teachers' performance of their Wales song. Who knew that teachers could Floss/Swish!
After sharing cake with Cryws school all children were surprisingly quick to settle for their last night sleeping in Pendine.
