Keeping fit

How are you going to keep fit?

Choose some activities that you can do on a regular basis. These could be things you already know - or try something new. They could be indoor activities (yoga, aerobics, dancing, circuit training etc...) or be part of your daily outdoor exercise (walking a dog, jogging, skipping, riding a bike/scooter etc...)

Design an exercise log to record your exercising - when, what, how, achievements...

Set yourself some achievable and challenging targets.
