This week we would like to focus on some mindful activities to help you focus on all the positive things in your life right now. These are all colouring sheets with positive messages. You could put them up in your room when you've finished to remind you to try and think some positive thoughts each day. If you don't have a printer could you draw your own 'positive picture'. Please share on our blog!

What else do you do to help yourself relax? I like to colour, to knit and have also discovered drawing! I was never very good at drawing but have been following some on line drawing classes and have really enjoyed it. Do share on the blog anything else that you do when you need some down time. For the purposes of this exercise we'll leave out screen time as I think we're all having lots of that right now!
