There are a few activities for you to do this afternoon, all of which are great for our wellbeing and mental health. smiley


  1. You can do a fitness circuit- you can look at the cards to see what to do
  2. The Virtual Sports activities
  3. And finally there are a couple of yoga activities which I also thought would be good


There is a yoga powerpoint with poses for you to do or there is video you can play along and follow. Up to you which you decide to do.
