On a Monday at 9am Joe Wicks will be leading a PE workout session. This will be a 20 minute session which we would like you to do. He will also be doing a session on a Wednesday and Friday at 9am so try if you can to do all 3 sessions.
This week we will be looking at Throwing and Catching activities so will include those for you to complete.
