Hello Year 4!

We have set some work for you to do today while you're at home.   

 

English/Reading

 

Log onto purple mash.

Click on the bell at the top of your screen. 

We have another story for you to read called 'The Ferocious Cake Off.  

We would like you to read the first two chapters.  You can also listen to the story instead of reading.

 

You then have three tasks to do:

Online multiple choice questions for chapter 1.

Grammar questions for chapter 2.

 

Poster - create a poster to advertise the cake competition on the 2Do.  

Use exciting vocabulary, bright pictures, put details of the times and where it is. 

.

 

Maths

We have set up a times table battle between Year 4 and Year 6 but it ends at 3.30pm!  Also we have set you a maths 2Do:

Perimeter 1

 

Art

Please read through the powerpoint called 'Romero Britto' and create your own version of the name plate. 

 

Don't forget you still have your times tables rock stars and spelling frame and normal reading if you have any time left.  Don't forget Mrs Hanson's half term big question project.
